This community of single-family homes is developed on an eight hectare infill site on the Bauan-Batangas Provincial Road. The landscape design consists of the main entrance, streetscapes, pocket parks, and a community park/recreation centre with swimming pools, basketball court, playground, and gardens.

The creation of a strong sense of arrival to the community through a narrow entrance passage was a challenge. This puzzle was solved by using green walls at the project boundaries, vertical trees, and a modified road and entrance configuration.
