A development of the Housing Development Board (HDB) of Singapore, this project is made up of three residential tower clusters and a multi-storey car-park on a site of just under two hectares.

Responding to HDB’s strict programming requirements, Land Design One created a diversity of outdoor spaces including playgrounds, fitness zones, gathering spaces, and community gardens at ground level and the car-park roof. The landscape also utilises drainage swales and rain gardens in conformance with Singapore’s ABC Waters planning criteria.
